Shipping Information:


We mainly use FedEx Ground shipping, and ship from Albany NY, to the USA. We
may also be able to manually arrange to ship to Canada, but shipping charges are
higher. Shipping times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Please see the shipping estimate
map for more details.


The shipping cost is automatically calculated by
FedEx at the time you enter your address. Just an FYI, If you have the
option to receive your shipment at your business address (such as your office)
FedEx calculates the cost as a few dollars less (usually about $3.00 savings to
you). This reduced shipment cost shows up immediately on your order screen.



We do not charge a handling or packaging fee. We buy
our shipping materials in very large quantities so as to make their cost very
low.



The shipping cost is only and exactly what FedEx charges us, and nothing
more.



To reduce the cost of shipping
per item, it is best to order multiple items at a time:

FedEx charges a minimum delivery fee of about $6.00 to $8.00 for the first pound, but after that,
additional pounds only add $0.25 to $0.50 (per additional pound) to the shipping
cost. We are always working hard to add additional products, to give you the
opportunity to order more of the items that you may want, at one time. If there
are some items you were looking for, but could not find, we would very much
welcome your emailing/calling us. We need to, and want to, add the items that
you are interested in.

Also, occasionally, we
have a discounted shipping coupon for orders over a certain amount. Please check the
Home Page for current information.

 



Payment:


You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex. We can also manually
arrange for payment by check (shipment will hold until check is processed).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders can be canceled and refunded if not already shipped. Items can be
returned if unopened. The shipping charges cannot be refunded. If there are any
problems with opened merchandise, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
