FedEx Ground: This shipping method is our default and most popular as it is very cost effective, and reasonably fast.

Shipping times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Please see the shipping estimate map
above for more details.

FedEx/UPS 2nd Day Air: Please call us at (646)233-1462, to make sure the items you need are in stock, and that we

can get them to FedEx the same or next day, for 2nd day shipping.

We may also be able to manually arrange to ship to Canada, but shipping charges are higher.



The shipping cost is automatically calculated by FedEx at the time you enter your address.



We do not charge a handling or packaging fee. We buy our shipping materials in very large quantities so as to make their cost negligible.



The shipping cost is only and exactly what FedEx charges us, and no more.



To reduce the cost of shipping per item, it is best to order multiple items at a time:

FedEx charges a minimum delivery fee of about $8.00 to $10.00 for the first pound (ground), but after that, additional

pounds only add $0.25 to $0.50 to the shipping cost. We are always working hard to add additional products, to make

it easier to order multiple items at the same time. If there are some items you were looking for, but could not find, we

would very much welcome your emailing/calling us. We need to, and want to, add the items that you are interested in.

Also, occasionally, we have a reduced cost shipping coupon for orders over a certain amount.

Payment:


You can pay securely pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex. Processing a credit card from your browser is

actually much more secure than many other methods. The information you enter is encrypted at your browser, and goes

directly to the credit card processor, with no handling by anyone (unlike at most restaurants or regular stores).

We at ParadisoGifts do not see you card number, just an authorization code from the credit card company.

We can also manually arrange for payment by check (shipment will hold until check is processed).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders can be canceled and refunded if not already shipped. Items can be returned if unopened. The shipping charges

cannot be refunded. If there are any problems with opened merchandise, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
